Exemplar narrative 1:
Pupils will learn that May is a special month of devotion to Our Lady.
We shall recite the joyful, sorrowful and glorious mysteries before our class altar, and discuss the significance of these mysteries
Pupils will revisit the events of Our Lady's apparition to St Bernadette. We shall look at the Lourdes website adn live webcam to further the pupils' knowledge and understanding.

St. Aidan's Cluster meeting P5 group
-Mother: Link it into caring family (HW 13)
-Awareness of a Mother's role - Art: template of Mother and insert roles and responsibilities.
- Specially Chosen: read the Bible scripture; Angel Gabriel (Annunciation)
- Children to act out in drama.
-Being special - we all have a special part to play
-special day - birthday - Mary's birthday (design invitations/birthday card -8th Sep).
-Prayer: Angelus; teach and explain it's meaning.
-The Glorious Mysteries: Read each story then create storyboard with illustrations
and text.
-Music: Hymns to Our Lady
-Rosary Beads: make
