It is with regret we have to advise you of the death earlier today of Canon Willie Dunnachie, retired Parish Priest of St Mary’s Coatbridge, in Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Glasgow. Canon Dunnachie had been resident in Nazareth House in Glasgow for some time.
Please pray for the repose of his soul as we thank the Lord for his service as a priest in the diocese for many years.
Information on the funeral arrangements for Canon Dunnachie will be provided later this week.
Our Lady, Queen of Priests, pray for him.
