Congratulations to Deacon Michael Meechan who was ordained to the Permanent Diaconate on Monday 4th October, Feast of St Francis of Assisi. Deacon Michael was ordained by Bishop Toal in St Athanasius' Church, Carluke, where he has been on placement preparing for Ordination and has now been appointed to serve. Please keep Deacon Michael in your prayers as he begins his ministry in our Diocese.
