It is with sorrow that we have to advise of the death today of Sister Bernardine, a member of the Poor Clare Monastery in Bothwell. For the last few weeks, Sister Bernardine has been resident in Summerlee Nursing Home in Coatbridge.
We extend our sincere sympathy and condolences to her sisters in the Monastery at Bothwell.
We thanks God for Sister Bernardine's many years of faithful and devoted service of prayer.
May her gentle soul rest in the peace of the Lord.
